Physicochemical Properties
a) Appearance: White to pale yellow color in the state of fibrous or powdery solid. Non-toxic and odorless.
b) Solubility: HEC is soluble in water and insoluble in the normal organic solvents.
c) PH Stability: Within the range of 2-12, the viscosity changes little. PH value out of this range, the viscosity decreases.
d) Property performance: HEC has the property performance of thickening, suspension, adhesive, emulsion, dispersion, water retention and protective colloid. And can be used for the solution preparation of different viscosity.
e) Activity: Being stable at normal temperature and pressure.
-Avoid high temperature, moisture and heat.
-With very good salt solubility for the dielectric, and its aqueous solution allows containing high concentrations of salts and has stable performance.
